Needed a last minute hydraulic brake repair. Leyton got straight on it and was finished in half an hour. Even fixed the puncture my son got when testing the brakes out. Wholeheartedly recommend, fantastic service.

Correctly diagnosed the cause of my front break failure (broken reservoir) during the dynamo. Didn't charge me for it because they couldn't fix it, but knowing what was wrong made it super easy to get a replacement part on warranty. Legends ♥️

Brilliant service. I phoned up about a problem I was having with my gears and the guys told me to drop in and they would take a look. They worked their magic and now it's running perfectly. From phoning them to being out on the road took less than an hour and just £10! Brilliant!

WHY BUY LOCAL. We wanted to buy a e-bike for our sister and upon researching all the bike outlets within a 20 mile radius, Torque Bikes came out on top. We went to see them and had a warm welcome. After ascertaining our requirements, we were recommended the appropriate e-bike and were given a thorough and informative demonstration and a trial ride. We purchased the e-bike along with safety and security equipment. No pressure was put upon us to purchase anything at any time. After a few days of having the e-bike it sustained accidental damage, but because we had bought local we were able to return it to Torque Bikes for full repair. Customer service has been excellent throughout our experience.

Spend a small of money here 6 months and found the team to be very helpful. Today my partner Vinnie forgot to lube his chain, after 10 miles we popped into the store but it was closed. The same man who served me 6 months ago came out and lubed vinnes chain. Great shop and great staff!

A good local bike shop, the guys who run it are very helpful. If they don't have what you want they will order it in for you. Just had the rear brake caliper changed, dropped the bike off this morning and collected this afternoon, great service. Update, They currently have a sale on.

Fantastic customer service and great range of cycling related kit. Nice little coffee and cake bar inside too which is a nice touch. We need more of these friendly independent retailers who know how to look after their customers and offer value for money. Definitely will keep using you guys.

Amazing customer service. Even though i no longer live local to the shop i still like to visit when i can as its such a great place to visit. On multiple occasions they have helped me out when i have been stuck sourcing less common fixes or spare parts for my bikes. I only wish i had more spare cash so as to help support the shop like it deserves. Leighton and Paul have always been welcoming and very knowledgeable and should you be anywhere nearby its well worth a visit.

On holiday from North Yorkshire and enjoying the little lanes of Suffolk on my ebike. Having trouble with getting a GPS suitable for cycling so popped in here to see if they could help. Lovely service from two clued up guys who pointed me to what I needed and spent time showing me how it worked. Once I get the hang of it I’ll be doing plenty of little out of the way rides. Without getting lost!!
